1. WHEN TO BOOK YOUR SESSION:
We’d love to make sure we have the perfect spot for you, so here’s a helpful guide for when to book your session:
Maternity & Newborn Sessions: The best time to book is during your second trimester. For newborns, we’ll reserve your due date ahead of time, then schedule your session during baby’s first two weeks after arrival. The earlier you reach out, the better! If your little one is already here—congratulations!—contact us right away and we’ll do our best to fit you in.
1st Birthday Sessions: Plan to book when your baby is around 6–9 months old. That gives us time to schedule your session for when they’re 10–11 months and full of personality!
All Other Sessions: Booking 1–2 months in advance is ideal so we can prepare everything you need for a personalized, stress-free experience. For Pricing information and to book: Click Here.
2. HOW TO BOOK YOUR SHOOT:
We have convenient online booking so that you can schedule your session at any time. To officially reserve your date, we require a non-refundable session fee and a signed contract. Session fees range from $150-$450 depending on the shoot type. Your photos will be available to view and purchase about a week after your shoot. For the full Pricing Guide and to book: Click Here.
3. PLANNING YOUR SHOOT
About 1–2 weeks after you book, we’ll hop on a Zoom planning call to bring your vision to life. During the call, we’ll walk you through everything, including:
- A custom mood board with inspiration and ideas tailored to your session
- A curated list of studio and outdoor locations to choose from
- Makeup and wardrobe guidance (Maternity clients can select a gown from our beautiful client closet)
- Access to your own personalized client portal, where you’ll find your contract, invoices, and all your session details in one place
We’re here to make the process smooth, stress-free, and fun—so you can show up feeling confident and excited!
4. SHOOT DAY
If your session includes makeup and wardrobe, we’ll start with pampering and styling so you feel your absolute best. For families, especially with little ones, we create a fun, low-pressure environment—complete with snacks and breaks as needed—to help the kids stay happy and engaged. During the shoot, Krystal will guide you every step of the way with hands-on posing help, so you never have to worry about what to do in front of the camera.
5. POST SHOOT- PURCHASE PHOTOS
About a week after your session, we’ll reconnect on Zoom for your ordering appointment. This is the exciting part—you’ll get to see your beautiful images and purchase your favorites!
We offer a variety of digital collections and print products to fit your needs. Once you’ve made your selections, we’ll retouch your chosen images and deliver them within 10 days of your appointment.
